		<description>I totally agree with Brenda. Whenever a woman makes it to the top of an organisation, it is assumed that the glass ceiling is a thing of the past. If that would be the case, why are there only 10-15% of women in senior management positions?</description>

		<description>Interestingly, the same day this article was written, Stuart Rose said in the Observer &#039;there are really no glass ceilings, despite the fact that some of you moan about it all the time.&#039;  Clearly it is easy for a man to say this.  I imagine he has a stay at home wife that does everything for him and for his children.  In order to have successful career in my experience, you have to &#039;pretend&#039; you do not have children so its clear to management that your &#039;priority&#039; is your job.   Well done Ursula Burns for having made it to the top.  Lets hope she is an inspiration and role model for other women.</description>
