I bought an expensive HP printer lately, that didn't even come with the necessary cable to connect it to my printer! I had to buy one separately for £15... I was fuming! Why didn't they just increase the price slightly and put one in the box? In contrast, a friend of mine bought a Nokia phone from the L'Amour collection last year and it came with a stylish, feminine case that matched the style of her phone.
